Your Trainer
Sara Collins is the Owner and your Trainer when you workout with Vibra-Train Hamilton.
Sara helped establish Vibra-Train in Hamilton back in 2005 and has been involved with its running ever since.
What is Vibration Training?
Vibration training is a science that’s been studied for over 100 years and is especially beneficial for people who want a total body workout but don’t have either the inclination or time to spend hours working in
a gym.
